These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RamyaWallet mobile application (the “App”) provided by RATO LAB (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
RamyaWallet is a non-custodial wallet software. This means you have full and sole control over your digital assets.
Cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technologies are highly volatile and carry significant risks. By using the App, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with digital assets, including but not limited to network congestion, smart contract vulnerabilities, regulatory changes, and complete loss of value.
The App interacts with various decentralized and third-party services (such as the Solana network and Jupiter Aggregator) to provide its functionality. We do not control these external networks or services and are not responsible for any errors, failures, delays, or losses caused by them.
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RATO LAB disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall RATO LAB be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or digital assets (crypto) arising out of or related to your use of the App, user error (such as sending funds to the wrong address), or unauthorized access to your device.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
