RATO LAB (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the RamyaWallet mobile application (the “App”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.

RamyaWallet is built with a strong commitment to user privacy and security. As a non-custodial wallet, you have full control over your funds and data.

1. Data We Do Not Collect

RamyaWallet is a completely non-custodial and decentralized application.

• No Personal Data: We do not require account registration, and we do not collect personal identifiers such as names, emails, or phone numbers.
• No Private Keys: We never collect, store, or transmit your private keys or seed phrases (recovery phrases) to any external servers. All sensitive cryptographic data is encrypted and stored strictly locally on your device.

2. Third-Party Services and Network Requests

To provide core wallet functionalities, the App communicates with third-party services. These services only receive public data (such as your public wallet address) necessary to execute network requests.

• Solana Network & RPC Nodes: The App connects to public Solana RPC nodes (e.g., Helius, Mainnet Beta) to fetch your balances, token accounts, and transaction history, and to broadcast signed transactions.
• Jupiter Aggregator: We use the Jupiter API to fetch token prices and execute token swaps.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within certain sections of the App (such as the Settings screen) to support ongoing development.

• Google AdMob may automatically collect certain device information, IP addresses, and mobile advertising IDs (such as Android Advertising ID) to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

4. Analytics and Tracking

We do not use any internal tracking or analytics software to monitor your behavior within the App. Your financial privacy is respected.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date.
